About This Blog: This blog is primarily about change, choices and innovations in pursuit of a sustainable world. You’ll read about trends and news items that speak to people or organizations journeys or stories about simply fulfilling their individual or collective purpose.
Where does choice, change and innovation intersect? Essentially, every day we’re faced with a lot of choices – as individuals, teams, companies. If you’re like me, you have a mission or purpose in life. To reach our goals, we make decisions, seek perspective, change and innovate to find solutions to help us reach milestones and destinations. So, consider this blog my people-watching window – watching the choices, ideas and solutions people and organizations alike are unveiling.
About me: I’m a sustainability, organizational and communications professional. I was born in Wales and lived in the UK until I was 21 years old. Today, I live in Oregon, USA with my husband. I’m an alum from Royal Holloway, University of London and Stirling University, Scotland. Communications is the constant thread throughout my career. I’m proud of the amazing group of organizations that I’ve worked with on both side of the Atlantic — from British Airways, Daimler and Xerox to Waggener Edstrom Communications, Mercy Corps, NetHope and NGO’s / social enterprises such as My Street Grocery, Portland Sunshine Division and the Boys and Girls Club of Bellevue to name a few. I’ve loved the ride and am blessed to be on this great journey through life.
